Terms of service

This agreement is dated and in effect as of date of submission of this form and purchase of The Complete Medspa Marketing Plan, between you / your company hereafter referred to as "Client" and Medspa Millions LLC hereafter referred to as "Consultant".

This agreement is with respect to the Client’s marketing services, hereinafter referred to as the "Work" or “Project.”

Whereas, Consultant is a professional marketing agency of good standing; Whereas, Client wishes Consultant to create certain Work described more fully herein; and Whereas, Consultant wishes to create such Work; Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth and other valuable considerations, the parties hereto agree to all terms and conditions on this page.

Scope of Work

This contract and the agreed-upon fee is based on the items stated below.

After signing up on this agreement, if you have any changes to the following items listed below, or request additional items, it will result in a Change Request. Please see the ‘Change Requests’ section for how change requests will be handled.

ADD-ON SERVICES:

If client adds on any additional services to there plan at any time, these terms and conditions will apply to those services as well.

ALL ACCOUNTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY FEES, PROPER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, AND REGULATION COMPLIANCE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHONE, SMS, EMAIL

Services Provided

Facebook and Instagram Ads

Medspa Millions manages high-converting Meta advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness across Facebook and Instagram. Our service includes:

  • Custom campaign strategy, setup, and ongoing management tailored to your services, offers, and target audience.

  • Scroll-stopping creative development, including ad copy, imagery, and video when applicable.

  • Audience targeting and retargeting, ensuring your ads reach both new prospects and warm leads who’ve interacted with your brand.

  • Performance tracking, testing, and optimization to maximize ROI and drive consistent bookings.

All campaigns are built and managed inside your ad account for full transparency. Ad spend is not included and is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

*** If your Facebook account, Facebook Business Manager, or Facebook Ads Manager are restricted or banned, we will do our best to guide and assist you in the appeal process. In the event your account is permanently restricted, you may have the option to pre-pay for Ad Spend and run ads through an alternative account. Please ask for details if needed.

***Restricted Facebook accounts will not change, delay, or qualify your account for any type of discount or refund since we will be utilizing our team resources to assist you through the appeal process.

Google Ads

Medspa Millions provides full-service Google Ads management to generate high-quality, intent-driven leads for your Medspa. Our service includes:

  • Campaign strategy, setup, and ongoing optimization to target your most profitable services and local search terms.

  • Custom ad copywriting and keyword research to ensure ads are relevant, engaging, and effective.

  • Conversion tracking and performance monitoring to continually improve results and reduce wasted ad spend.

  • A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and keyword variations to increase click-through rates and lower cost per lead.

We manage everything inside your ad account while providing transparent performance reporting. Ad spend is not included and is paid directly to Google.

*** If you do not yet have a Google Ads account we will assist in setting up your new Google Ads account and ensuring all integrations are in place. 

Email & SMS

Medspa Millions delivers fully managed email and SMS marketing to keep your prospects engaged and drive repeat bookings. Our services include:

  • Automated lead nurturing sequences that follow up with new inquiries via email and text—building trust and moving them toward booking.

  • Weekly email campaigns designed to promote offers, educate clients, and stay top-of-mind with your audience.

  • Booking-focused text messages for promotions, appointment reminders, and reactivation of past leads or clients.

  • Requires telecomm registration / compliance (add'l third party fees may apply)

All messages are written, designed, and scheduled by our team to align with your brand and business goals—keeping your pipeline warm and your calendar full.

 

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

Medspa Millions provides ongoing Local SEO services to help your Medspa appear prominently in local search results and attract clients in your area. Our Local SEO deliverables include:

  • Two (2) localized service pages per month, written and optimized to target specific treatments and surrounding cities or neighborhoods.

  • Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, including keyword-rich descriptions, proper category settings, service listings, and regular updates.

  • Citation building across trusted business directories to increase local authority and consistency across the web.

  • Review capture automation, using email and SMS to request and funnel happy clients to leave 5-star reviews.

  • Twice-monthly GBP posts to keep your profile active, engaging, and optimized for visibility.

These services are designed to improve your Medspa’s local rankings, generate more organic traffic, and build a stronger online reputation in your market.

Website & Development, Landing Pages, and Content

Medspa Millions provides ongoing website support and development to ensure your online presence stays high-converting, fast, and on-brand. Our services include:

  • Two (2) custom landing pages per month specifically designed to support ad campaigns and convert traffic into leads.

  • Ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) including layout tweaks, copy adjustments, and UX improvements based on performance data.

  • Up to four (4) design/content updates per month to keep your site fresh, accurate, and aligned with your latest offers or services.

All pages are built with responsiveness, speed, and user experience in mind to maximize engagement and lead generation.

If you need a brand new website or do not currently have one, please contact us or speak with your Success Manager. We’ll be happy to scope this as a separate project, as full website builds are outside the scope of the standard plan.

Payment & Billing Terms

  • Billing begins automatically at the rate agreed upon during signup.

  • Ongoing payments are billed monthly via the payment method provided.

  • Failed payments may result in paused services until resolved.

Cancellation & Termination

  • 30-day cancellation notice required on ALL ACCOUNTS - NO EXCEPTIONS

Results Disclaimer

While Medspa Millions uses proven strategies to generate leads and grow Medspa businesses, we do not guarantee specific results. Lead volume, conversion rates, and client outcomes vary depending on market conditions, service offerings, location, and internal staff follow-up.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal results, Client agrees to:

  • Respond promptly to requests for information, approvals, or feedback

  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate contact information and access to ad accounts if applicable

  • Adhere to any platform advertising policies (Meta/Google)

As outlined in the Payment section above, delays or issues on the client side will not affect the agreed-upon billing schedule.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lack of timely responses or communication

  • Failure to complete the intake form or schedule the kickoff call

  • Delayed access to required platforms (e.g., ad accounts, website, CRM, etc.)

  • Restricted, banned, or improperly configured ad accounts

  • Extended review/approval processes that stall launch

  • Inactive or unavailable credit cards for Medspa Millions fees or ad platform billing

Monthly billing will continue as scheduled until the Client formally pauses or cancels the account in writing. Billing will not be paused automatically due to inactivity or delays in setup.

It is the Client’s responsibility to provide all necessary information, access, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure a smooth and efficient launch. Prompt cooperation helps avoid delays and ensures your campaign gets the best possible results—consider this your incentive to stay responsive and proactive.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All campaigns, designs, ads, landing pages, copy, workflows, and automation tools remain the intellectual property of Medspa Millions, LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Client has the right to use all creative assets while subscribed but does not own proprietary systems or frameworks.

  • Upon cancellation, access to systems and assets may be revoked unless agreed upon separately.

Communication & Support

  • Clients will have direct access to their account manager via email and scheduled calls.

  • Support is available Monday–Friday during standard business hours via support@medspamillions.com.

  • Any urgent issues will be addressed within 24 hours.

Limitation of Liability

Medspa Millions, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services during the last 30-day billing cycle.

Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time by Medspa Millions, LLC. Clients will be notified of changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of services after changes are posted will constitute acceptance.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
